Phase 1 current is lower than expected.
The phase 1 current is shorted to low.
System will be running with full assistant for driver brake request.
Phase 2 current is higher than expected.
The phase 2 current is shorted to high.
System will be running with full assistant for driver brake request.
Phase 2 current is lower than expected.
The phase 2 current is shorted to low.
System will be running with full assistant for driver brake request.
Alert in system ASIC: Electric or hyraulic decouple bit not reset automatically.
System chip internal decouple bits are not reset within the expected time. The failsafe logic test sets the hydraulic and electric decouple bits of the system chip.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Brushless Motor Muxer Timeout Error.
The Brushless Motor initial tests are not done within specified time after start of the first Brushless Motor initial test.
System will be running with full assistant for driver brake request.
The control over MRG via EN_HY or MRAUC or both does not work.
MRG is either always switched ON or Not able to Switch OFF when Hydraulic Enable or MRA control is pulled LOW.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
The offset of current 2 is lower than expected.
The offset of current 2 on the Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) ECU is lower than expected.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
The offset of current 2 is higher than expected.
The offset of current 2 on the Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) ECU is higher than expected.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
The offset of current 1 is lower than expected.
The offset of current 1 on the Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) ECU is lower than expected.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
GTM reference frequency error.
GTM peripheral of micro controller is not right or reference clock from system ASIC (D_REF) is faulty or there is any fault in signal path from ASIC to micro controller. A 4kHz reference frequency signal from system ASIC is cyclically checked via GTM to be in correct range.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
The rotation position sensor reports a higher Cos+ or Cos- value than expected.
The rotation position sensor is shorted to high. Raw analog-to-digital converter values are read to detect this condition.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
A switched on valve relay is reported as off (system chip internal status).
Erroneous safety logic (Valve relay gate does not switch on or feedback of system chip is wrong), The failsafe logic test switches on the valve relay and checks whether the gate actuation (system chip internally) is possible, If not, this fault is set.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Incorrect motor configuration is read from the Non-Volatile Memory (NVM).
The incorrect motor configuration is written to and read out from the Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) NVM.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
The rotation position sensor reports a lower Cos+ or Cos- value than expected.
The rotation position sensor is shorted to ground. Raw analog-to-digital converter values are read to detect this condition.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Contrary to spec Built-In Self Test (BIST) state machine of system IC is started by a wrong BIST command.
Erroneous safety logic (the BIST state machine of the system chip could be activated by a wrong BIST command value), The failsafe logic test tests whether the BIST state machine does detect and suppress a wrong BIST command value. This alert is logged if the watchdog of the system chip is triggered by the wrong BIST command value.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Watchdog status of system IC deviates from the expected one.
Erroneous safety logic (e.g. watchdog trigger is not detected by system chip, unintended setting of alert flip-flop within system chip). After the failsafe logic test has finished the status of the watchdog or rather the safety logic is being continuously monitored. If the status is not as expected this fault is logged.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
