The Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) motor reports a high temperature.
One or more of the motor windings, rotor, or inverter temperatures is higher than expected.
Motor current will be reduced. System will be running with internal degraded pedal map. Braking may require increased effort.
FW set in case of Linear Position Sensor IDs wire transmission timeout.
Linear Position Sensor can not be ensured as connected.
System will be running with full assistant for driver brake request.
A leak or air in the backup hydraulic circuit is detected.
A leakage of brake fluid in the brake system: 1) Brake lines of wheel circuits FL, FR, RL, RR, 2) Output valves of wheel circuits FL, FR, RL, RR, 3) Low pressure seal of main brake cylinder 1 piston, 4) PSV valves of plunger. 5) Significant air in the brake system. An air in the brake system: - wheel circuits (incl. callippers) FL, FR, RL, RR, - main brake cylinder primary circuit (1), - main brake cylinder secondary circuit (2), - internal circuit below CSV, LEM evaluates pressure behaviour based on the active test sequence. The test sequence is executed in Postrun phase after a usual driving situation. Hereby the plunger provides a hydraulic pressure and stops. If pressure is dropping, then a leakage can be calculated. AIM evaluates pressure behaviour based on the active test sequence. If a combination of leakage and air is too high then the fault is set.
Hyrdraulic pressure may drop during a leakage test. System will be running with internal degraded pedal map. Braking may require increased effort.
The initial brake plunger test was unsuccessful.
Plunger is inoperable. Alert is raised if Initial Plunger Check fails.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
There is a Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) ECU mismatch.
Wrong ECU Exchange. Mismatch Linear Position Sensor IDs in NvM with Linear Position Sensor IDs from sensor.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Large Leakage can be caused by internal or external loss of brake fluid. GoodCheck is required.
Plunger is not possible to build up necessary pressure in brake system. Caused by: Significant loss of brake fluid - external (broken brake pipe) or internal (seal or valve defect). Large Leakage alert is assumed if the pressure sensor shows significant lower values than expected at maximum possible plunger position.
System will be running with internal degraded pedal map. Braking may require increased effort.
The voltage supplied to the Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) ECU is below the undervoltage threshold. Brake system performance is reduced.
The voltage supplied to the DPB ECU is less than expected at a level 1 threshold.

Large Leakage can be caused by internal or external loss of brake fluid.
System will request Hydraulic Boost Compensation when driver pressed the brake pedal.
