UB_Valve to UBRD_INT plausi voltage divider drift alert (large deviation between UB_Valve to UBRD_INT voltage).
Possible voltage divider drift alert (with respect to UB_Valve and UBRD_INT measurement). Voltage difference between UB_Valve and UBRD_INT is checked every specified time. alert is set if preconditions are met (UBRD_INT below active threshold) and the voltage difference exceeds a threshold.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
High ohmic UB6 path detected (Large deviation between UB6 & UBB during motor actuation).
High ohmic path between UBB and UB6. During motor actuation: If UB6 is less than specified voltage and UBB minus UB6 is greater than specified voltage, then the alert shall be set.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
UB6 to UBB plausible voltage divider drift alert (large deviation in the UB6 to UBB ratio).
Possible voltage divider drift alert (with respect to UBB and UB6 measurement). Ratio between UBB and UB6 is checked every specified time. alert is set if the ratio is within specified range.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Runtime overload.
Usually a task did not finish within it's cycle time (overload situation), Internal system timing error (system overload).
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Internal interrupt based system error.
Invalid interrupt, unbalanced interrupt lock call or too long interrupt lock, Unsupported interrupts from hardware occurred or interrupt lock API call unbalanced or too long.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Stack over- or underflow.
The stack is too small for the application, Overflow: The stack is too small for the application. Underflow: Can only occur in case of SW or compiler faults.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Operating System error (e.g. task overrun, invalid parameters for OS API).
Usually a task did not finish within it's cycle time (overload situation), Internal system timing error (system overload detected by operating system).
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
The ASIC internal current reference is out of range.
Problem of ASIC reset logic. The ASIC provides an internal current reference that is used for monitorings/internal checks.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Initial test/check for ASIC supply parts failed.
Defect or deviation of ASIC configuration on software and hardware side. Test checks if the voltage regulator configuration of the ASIC matches the software configuration.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
U5V voltage comparator test failed.
Defect of ASIC, Test starts and evalutes the ASIC internal test of the U5V voltage regulator.
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
U5V is out of range.
Problem of ASIC reset logic. Monitoring of U5V (internal 5V supply for sensors and communication) out of range bits provided by the ASIC. If U5V is out of range a reset should be issued for the ASIC.
