Description
An excessive number of ECU resets has occurred in a row during actuator initialization (before IPC completion).
Condition
High electric resistance in the IPB power supply. Either due to a weak battery or due to corrosion of the supply cable. The alert is set if several ECU resets in a row have occurred before the initial actuator tests could finish.
Clear Condition
The issue goodchecks itself after some time (either 2 s, 5 s,10 s, or project specific maximum time depending on the number of resets). If it doesn't goodcheck on itself then allow system to complete postrun and power off. Power on again.
Potential Impact
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
