Signal Name Description Condition Impact
The low voltage (LV) bus and LV battery are not adequately supported by the power conversion system (PCS).
There is 0.5V or greater difference between the PCS voltage and the LV battery voltage.
The low voltage electrical system cannot continue to power all vehicle features when the LV bus is not adequately supported. It may be necessary to shed some vehicle electrical loads by cutting power to less essential electronic control units (ECUs), and another alert will be present to indicate that condition. Vehicle may be unable to drive or continue driving, with another alert present to indicate that condition.
The Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) reports the driver is leaving and parks the vehicle.
The EPB attempted to park due to the driver being detected as leaving.
The EPB will be applied.
Electronic Parking Brake Monitor measured more current than is required for Electronic Parking Brake to remain in DYNAMIC_APPLYING.
Electronic Parking Brake attempted to remain in DYNAMIC_APPLYING while Electronic Parking Brake Monitor had measured more than the maximum current allowed to remain in DYNAMIC_APPLYING.
The caliper may have a higher than expected braking force.
The radiator fan brushless motor controller reports a condition affecting its operation.
The radiator fan motor controller reports a condition affecting the radiator fan operation.
The radiator fan will not be able to run.
the adjustable termination is active when it should be off.
CAN bus termination set when unexpected
Vehicle CAN bus may have errors
The bladder A has exceeded pressure limits.
Bladder pressure exceeds 1300hPa (absolute)
Damage to bladder or valve block
Electronic Parking Brake was unable to release fully.
Electronic Parking Brake faulted during release && (nonterminal == TRUE)
Electronic Parking Brake may not be released, and caliper may be obstructed
Overvoltage protection has tripped on the Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT). Low Voltage (LV) bridge is expected to be open until the protection is cleared.
48V bus is reported overvoltage on VCLEFT while the vehicle is in Drive.
LV bridge is open.
The motor isn't responding.
Motor current is 0
seat motor can't move
The brushless motor has a general fault.
The MLX motor controller detected an error
The HVAC cabin blower will not be able to run. The integrated circuit will clear the fault when the condition is no longer present
Electronic Parking Brake apply failed.
Electronic Parking Brake faulted during apply && (nonterminal == TRUE) && (stateRequest != ESM_DYNAMIC)
Electronic Parking Brake may not be applied, and caliper may be obstructed
Unexpected voltage seen on non-continuous device outputs. Left mirror fold and tilt, left windows, and steering column motors may be disabled.
Voltage is above 8V for 200ms on at least one of the following device outputs while none of them are being driven: left mirror fold and tilt, left windows, and steering column motors
Left mirror fold and tilt, left windows, and steering column motor control may be disabled
Electronic Parking Brake Monitor detected Electronic Parking Brake driving the motor the incorrect direction for the given state.
Electronic Parking Brake Monitor detected Electronic Parking Brake driving the motor the incorrect direction for the given state from the voltage measured across the motor.
EPB operation may be reversed.
The Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT) detects an eFuse overcurrent event (or a trip) on the Trailer light Electronic Control Unit (ECU) power feed.
VCLEFT detects an eFuse overcurrent event (or a trip) on the Trailer light ECU power feed.
The Trailer lights will be disabled.
The motor isn't responding.
Motor current is 0
seat motor can't move
The eFuse application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) on the vehicle controller has incorrect thresholds set.
The vehicle controller detects incorrect threshold values on its eFuse ASIC for 1 second.
The eFuse ASIC on the vehicle controller may not function as expected.
A condition affecting left low beam (dipped beam) or high beam (main beam) functionality has been detected - the left low beam or high beam may be degraded or disabled.
An internal condition affecting the low beam (dipped beam) or high beam (main beam) LEDs, pixels, or the headlamp ECU's LED drivers is detected.
Left low beam (dipped beam) or high beam (main beam) may be partially or fully disabled.
The left Low Voltage (LV) System's 12V rail is unsupported, even though high voltage (HV) system support has been requested.
The left LV System is no longer receiving 12V power and the 12V LV Bridge is required to support the left power domain.
Convenience features may be degraded or unavailable.
The eFuse application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) on the vehicle controller is in an unexpected state.
Vehicle controller eFuse ASIC is not in the requested state
Vehicle Controller eFuse ASIC may not turn on or off as expected
The Left 12V STITCH EFuse current is reaching the Left 12V STITCH's max capability.
The Left 12V STITCH EFuse current is too close to Left 12V STITCH's max capability for 1s
Convenience features will be disabled to limit LV system current draw
