Condition
One or more of the expected messages from the PTC heater ECU is not received.
Clear Condition
The vehicle controller starts receiving the expected messages from the PTC heater ECU.
Potential Impact
Thermal management system features depending on PTC heater functionality may be limited or unavailable.
