Washer fluid level in the reservoir has just been measured as low, OR the vehicle exits Park while the washer fluid level is measured as low, OR a wash pump is requested while the washer fluid level is measured as low.

Clears automatically after 8 seconds.
Potential Impact
No washer fluid, or insufficient washer fluid, available for use with wipers to clean the windshield.
