The Rear Vehicle Controller (VCREAR) open circuit detection for the Power Conversion System (PCS) has tripped.
Condition
No significant current is detected for 5s continuously between VCREAR and PCS while VCREAR is expecting PCS to be providing power.
Clear Condition
PCS is no longer supporting or significant current through the PCS connection at VCREAR is observed continuously for 5s.
Potential Impact
VCREAR and PCS may be electrically disconnected. Investigate harness and connections.
