When it clears
The LV battery internal protection transistor (MOSFET) self test completes, or times out after 35 seconds when the vehicle is in DRIVE power state.
Potential impact
Vehicle is unable to shift out of Park (P) until the LV battery internal protection transistor (MOSFET) self test completes or times out without completing. If the self test cannot complete and confirm LV battery MOSFET functionality, the LV battery may be unable to support vehicle electrical systems or to recharge via the power conversion system (PCS).
