What triggers it

The headlamp ECU is MIA on LIN (not responding to Local Interconnect Network traffic) while powered on, or an internal condition with the turn signal LEDs or the headlamp ECU's LED driver is detected.

When it clears

Clears when the headlamp is powered off or reset (example: sleep, FW update, or manual power cycle). Note: If the condition persists, the alert will continue to set each time the headlamp is powered back on / turn signal is used, until the underlying condition is resolved.
