Condition
The UI requests charge port door open while the customer has brake pedal pressed.
Clear Condition
Charge port door requested expired, brake pedal released, and/or vehicle not in DRIVE for 5 seconds.
Potential Impact
The vehicle will not allow the charge port door to open.
