The wiper is experiencing a condition affecting movement from/to the park position.
Condition
The wiper was commanded to move and did not move from park position within 2 seconds or did not return to park position within 10 seconds
Clear Condition
Cleared when the user turns off the wipers, turns them on back on to continuous slow or continuous fast, and the wiper starts moving again
Potential Impact
The wiper will not move when commanded. Wash pump will not be operational.
