Please wait while vehicle systems power up

What does the VCLEFT_a164_ungracefulAccPlusExit alert mean?

A sudden transition out of Accessory Plus state was requested, where entertainment and media may have been actively used while in Park (including Arcade Mode or Theater Mode). Drive will be unavailable for 10 seconds while the vehicle transitions to ensure that adequate electrical power is available to enter Drive and avoid accidental entry into Drive as the brake pedal may have been recently used for gaming.

What you'll see in your Tesla

  • Please wait while vehicle systems power up
  • Press brake pedal for 30 seconds to drive

What triggers it

The low voltage (LV) battery may have become unsupported and not have sufficient energy, or the high voltage (HV) battery state of charge (SOC) is too low, to immediately support drive on sudden request to exit an accessory state (for entertainment and media while parked) and drive the vehicle.

When it clears

Clears automatically 10 seconds after exiting accessory state.

Potential impact

The vehicle will not enter Drive state for 10 seconds.

Affected models
