Condition
The vehicle is not factory gated and the refrigerant is not filled or the fill/drain routine is active.
Clear Condition
Coolant is filled or vehicle is factory gated, and fill routine is inactive.
Potential Impact
Powertrain and HVAC performance will be limited, as the compressor will be disabled and the refrigerant valves (solenoid/EXV) will be opened.
