What triggers it

A message the local ECU expects to receive from the ChargePort ECU (CP) hasn't been received within the expected timeout or the drop rate is too high while the CP is CAN active. The ECU is considered CAN active when VCFRONT_hvsGoToSleep is 0 AND VCFRONT_cpLVRequest is LV_ON.

When it clears

All messages the local ECU expects to receive from the ChargePort ECU (CP) are being received or the CP ECU is CAN inactive.
