Description
The low voltage (LV) battery internal resistance is too high, based on measured voltage being below the acceptable threshold during a resistance estimation test. Indicates LV battery replacement is necessary.
Condition
The LV battery voltage dropped below the lower limit during a resistance estimation test.
Clear Condition
The vehicle controller loses all electrical power from the LV battery and power conversion system (PCS), as would happen during LV battery replacement.
Potential Impact
The LV battery may be unable to support precharge loads / precharge the high voltage (HV) bus, and requires replacement.
