Description
The adjustable termination for the private controller area network (CAN) bus is off (not active) when it should be turned on (active).
Condition
Adjustable termination is off (not active), and the vehicle is rear wheel drive (RWD) configuration (no secondary drive inverter exists) or the secondary drive inverter (DIS) is not connected to CAN.
Clear Condition
The unified diagnostic services (UDS) routine to turn on adjustable termination on the private CAN bus is run.
Potential Impact
The private CAN bus may not function as expected.
