What triggers it
VCFRONT detects the eFuse circuit gating low voltage (LV) power feed to the PCS as open (tripped).
When it clears
VCFRONT no longer detects the eFuse circuit gating low voltage (LV) power feed to the PCS as open (tripped) after a retry or sleep cycle, or the vehicle enters a state where the eFuse is expected to be open (off).
Potential impact
The vehicle low voltage electrical system will no longer be supported by the PCS. Features may be limited or unavailable. The vehicle may use loadshedding (switching off nonessential features) to preserve power for essential functions, with at least one other alert present to indicate this condition.
