What triggers it
The phase disconnect detects an error condition (e.g. voltage out of range, communication issue, FET short).
When it clears
The phase disconnect error condition must be cleared. A stable power supply is necessary. A DRIVE or CONDITIONING cycle is necessary for the error to be cleared.
Potential impact
The motor is disqualified and rack control health is degraded.
