Condition
The local Electronic Control Unit (ECU) did not receive a message it was expecting from the ECUs on the specified internal steering bus within the expected timeout.
Clear Condition
The local ECU begins receiving all expected messages from the specified internal steering bus.

Power Steering functionality may be degraded.
