What triggers it

The vehicle is unable to communicate with the EVSE. The PLCRLY ECU is unable to communicate with the EVSE.

When it clears

Communication between the vehicle and the EVSE is established, or the charge cable is removed from the charge port. The PLCRLY ECU is able to communicate with the EVSE or the charge cable is removed from the charge port.

Potential impact

Combined charging system (CCS) DC charging may not start. DC fast charging may be unavailable at Combined Charging System (CCS) charge stations.
