The Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) PARTY Controller Area Network (CAN) bus is off.

What triggers it

No CAN traffic is received via the PARTY CAN bus (IDB connector pins 16, 17).

When it clears

10 or more valid CAN frames are received via the PARTY CAN bus. If the issue persists, a CAN line issue requiring repair is possible.

Potential impact

The IDB may not be able to communicate via the PARTY CAN bus. Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Brake Traction Control (BTC), Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC), Panic Brake Assist (PBA), Hydraulic Fade Compensation (HFC), Controlled Deceleration via Parking brake (CDP), Brake Disc Wipe (BDW), External Brake Request (EBR), and Secondary Collision Mitigation (SCM) may be unavailable. The vehicle should be driven with extreme caution.
