What triggers it
The ICR ECU detects the antenna is physically blocked by an obstruction for 60 continuous seconds with all doors closed.
When it clears
The ICR ECU detects the antenna is no longer blocked for 5 continuous seconds.

Occupancy detection may not function as expected.
