Condition
The HVP has detected a voltage drop across the contactor and low contactor coil current, indicating a pack contactor has opened despite being in a closed state.
Clear Condition
The HVP detects the pack contactor state as open.
Potential Impact
The pack contactor state will appear as open. The vehicle powertrain may unexpectedly lose high voltage power under load.
