Condition
HVPACK3_interlocks is not received by HVLINK within the MIA qualification time interval.
Clear Condition
HVPACK3_interlocks is received by HVLINK.
Potential Impact
HVLINK shall assume HVPACK3_pyroTestResponse = 0.
