Condition
HVPACK1_interlocks is not received by HVLINK within the MIA qualification time interval.
Clear Condition
HVPACK1_interlocks is received by HVLINK.
Potential Impact
HVLINK shall assume HVPACK1_pyroTestResponse = 0.
