When it clears

Clears when the RCM is no longer reporting a crash over CAN for 60 seconds or when ENS tones resume.

Potential impact

All subpack pyro fuses will be deployed. Fast Charge (FC) pyro fuses may be deployed, and the vehicle may not drive or charge.
