Description
The vehicle gateway (GTW) detects the powertrain compressor (CMPD1) running a firmware version that may not be compatible with the firmware installed on the rest of the vehicle. May occur after an unsuccessful or incomplete vehicle firmware update, and may be resolved through a successful vehicle firmware update.
Condition
The GTW detects the CMPD1 running a different firmware version than expected.
Clear Condition
The GTW no longer detects the CMPD1 running a different firmware version than expected.
Potential Impact
Thermal management system features depending on powertrain compressor functionality may be limited or unavailable.
