Description
The vehicle gateway (GTW) detects the rear passenger-side door control module (BCRPM) electronic control unit (ECU) is running a firmware version that may not be compatible with the firmware installed on the rest of the vehicle.
Condition
The GTW detects the BCRPM running a different firmware version than expected.
Clear Condition
The GTW no longer detects the BCRPM running a different firmware version than expected.
Potential Impact
Rear passenger-side door features depending on BCRPM functionality, including window, door handle, and latch functions, may be limited or unavailable.
