There is no communication between the GTW and BMP.
When it clears
GTW reboots BMP in an attempt to re-establish communication between GTW and BMP.
Potential impact
Infotainment features, including the touchscreen (UI) and connectivity, will be unavailable until BMP reboot is complete and communication is re-established.
