The Hydraulic Brake Booster (HBB) and Anti-Lock Braking (ABS) target states do not report ON for more than 10 hours or both controllers (DPB and ESP) are not operating as expected.

What triggers it
TargetStateHBB or TargetStateABS do not report ON for more than 10 hours OR both the DPB and ESP are not operating as expected.
When it clears
HBB and ABS TargetStates report their status as ON for a GoodCheck period of at least 60 seconds.

Functions in ESP will be available still.
