What does the ESP_a225_configMismatch alert mean?

The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) receives a message over the controller area network (CAN) from the Gateway (GTW) that the Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) value received from the ESP is different than the value expected on GTW.
