This alert is reported by the OsErrorHandler_R12(OSEH) component when ErrorHook was called because of an error in a partition which is configured to handle such errors without requesting immediate safety reset.

If any OS service returns a StatusType value other value than E_OK. Reported if OS error occurred in QM partition. It's a reversible error that is reported upon detection of OS error and immediately cleared to catch and indicate further errors
