This alert is reported by the HwResetHandler_TC3x (RSTH) component when the clock frequency is out of range or clock system failure.
Condition
EPAS uC core detected internal clocking error (clock frequency is out of range or system failure).
Clear Condition
Perform EPAS Software update at first, replace HW if the alert appears again.
Potential Impact
EPAS full loss of assist.
