Description

This alert is reported by the ExternalPowerManager_A8140x (EPM) component in case SBC Communication buffer overflow checker. Against systematic SW failures on ExternalPowerManager component.

Condition

SBC Communication buffer overflows (RTE buffer (message queue) overflow in the ExternalPowerManager_A8140x component).

Clear Condition

EPAS will perform a power cycle. If persist then perform EPAS Software update.

Potential Impact

EPAS reset. If reset more than 5 times then EPAS full loss of assist.
