This alert is reported by the ExceptionHandler_TC3x (EXCH) component when there is a single-bit or multi-bit (all 1 and all 0) error in the pflash. This diagnostic is the handling of the exception thrown by the PFlash ECC when it encountered a multi-bit Flash fault.
