This alert is reported by the MCUSafetyStartupChecks_TC3x (MCUSSC) component when there is a MCU internal failure (The Secondary Monitor and Standby SMU Built in Self Test failed).
Condition
EPAS microcontroller (MON)BIST failed (SecondaryMonitor versus Standby SMU) at startup.
Clear Condition
Perform EPAS ECU power cycle.
