Condition
CAN message counter received from the VCSEC ECU does not increment as expected.
Clear Condition
CAN message counter received from the VCSEC ECU increments as expected.
Potential Impact
The VCSEC to Electronic Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS) interface is interrupted. Tire-based steering tuning may be affected.
