Condition
10 or more CAN message frames from the steering speed ECU have counter values that do not increment as expected
Clear Condition
System reset, or 3 valid CAN frames are received where the counter from the steering speed ECU increments as expected
Potential Impact
Steering assist may be affected, since the steering speed to Dual Power Pack (DPP) interface is interrupted
