What you'll see in your Tesla
- Not Available
What triggers it
The Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) receives either the DIR_torqueActual Controller Area Network (CAN) signal as Signal Not Available (SNA) or the DIR_axleTorqueQF CAN signal as INVALID or FAULTED for longer than 100 milliseconds.
When it clears
Valid DIR_torqueActual and Valid DIR_axleTorqueQF are received for 100 milliseconds.
Potential impact
The Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) may not generate brake torque requested by DI_brakeTorqueCommandFull and instead generate brake torque requested by DI_brakeTorqueCommand. There may be an issue with the transmitting Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
