What triggers it
Defect in the System ASIC, the alert detection function in the ASIC doen't work. uC sends some alert test frames (address error, parity error, clock error) and evaluate the responses. The tests pass if the ASIC could detect the alert and set corresponding alert flags.
When it clears
No internal issue is detected after changing operation cycle. If the condition persists, the DPB module may require replacement.
Potential impact
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
