What triggers it

The voltage supplied to the DPB ECU is less than the undervoltage shutdown threshold.

When it clears

The issue shall be reset if the supply voltage rises above the undervoltage shutdown level.

System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
