What triggers it

Loss of a PDU instance in PDU router (FIFO flushed because of an overrun), FIFO buffer is full and Tx Confirmation for previously Transmitted Pdu is pending and a new request has been received on the same Routing Path.

When it clears

Sufficient time should be provided before a new request, so that the previous transmission confirmation is received

Potential impact

System will be running with internal degraded pedal map. Braking may require increased effort.
