Large Leakage can be caused by internal or external loss of brake fluid. GoodCheck is required.

What triggers it

Plunger is not possible to build up necessary pressure in brake system. Caused by: Significant loss of brake fluid - external (broken brake pipe) or internal (seal or valve defect). Large Leakage alert is assumed if the pressure sensor shows significant lower values than expected at maximum possible plunger position.

When it clears

Good check is performed with applying the brake for min. 30 bar and for 3 sec.

Potential impact

System will be running with internal degraded pedal map. Braking may require increased effort.
