Condition
DFLK is not receiving all expected CAN frames from the vehicle controller.
Clear Condition
DFLK receives all expected CAN frames from the vehicle controller (VC).
Potential Impact
DFLK is unable to determine whether the vehicle controller expects it to be receiving LV power.
