What triggers it
The charge port inlet pin temperature reaches a level where it is unacceptable to continue AC charging (temperature detected greatly exceeds normal operating range).
When it clears
The charge cable is disconnected from the charge port inlet. Note: Alert will continue to set until the charge port inlet pin temperature is detected within normal operating range.
Potential impact
AC charging will be interrupted and remain unavailable until a charge cable cycle occurs (disconnect and reconnect) and the charge port inlet pin temperature returns to normal operating range.
