The vehicle controller detects that precharging the high voltage (HV) DC bus may be unsuccessful, which may lead to the inability to close the HV contactors and a complete loss of vehicle power. Charging vehicles with GB (charging standard used in China) charge ports requires opening and closing the HV contactors.
