The charge port (CP) electronic control unit (ECU) detects that the GB DC or AC protective earth (PE) busbar is missing.

What triggers it
The CP ECU detects that GB AC proximity voltage is greater than 4.75V for more than 100ms.
When it clears
The CP ECU detects that proximity voltages for both the GB AC and GB DC inlets are within the nominal cable disconnected range for more than 200ms.
Potential impact
GB DC charging does not start.
