Description
Neutral conductor is grounded on vehicle side.
Condition
Neutral conductor impedance to ground on vehicle side is less than 2 Ohms with contactors open.
Clear Condition
Neutral conductor impedance to ground on vehicle side is greater than 2 Ohms with contactors open.
Potential Impact
Wall connector will not allow charging if there is a short between neutral and protective earth when a vehicle is connected before closing contactors.
