With the standby supply enabled, the output voltage measured by the Battery Management System (BMS) is less than the vehicle's 12V input measurement for a significant amount of time.

When it clears

With the standby supply enabled, the output voltage measured by the BMS is in the normal range or the pack contactors are not open (i.e. precharging, closed, or opening).
